Say "NO MASTURBATION" for sure

In this article, I’m going to discuss the biggest problem mainly in the youth age "masturbation" and how it affects your body, mind and relationships. I’ll discuss the benefits, the negatives, what is defined as “excess” masturbation and the difference between having an orgasm through masturbating vs intercourse. And trust me, If you’re someone who masturbates-- a little or a lot -- man or woman -- you’ll definitely want to read this article.

Benefits of Masturbation are :

Masturbation is very natural biological process and most of the people do i
t. In fact, it is a requirement of your body. Your body need to have an orgasm and that’s what “wet dreams” are. It happens more often to men because of their higher testosterone levels, but it still happens to women. So, you can either have an orgasm by yourself (masturbation) or with someone or if you do neither, your body will “release” it on its own through a “wet dream” or a “nocturnal emission”. The benefits of having an orgasm is that it can help you relax, reduce anxiety and blood pressure, sleep better, improves blood flow and helps you live longer by reducing stress hormones. For men, it helps increase your testosterone levels and reduce prostate problems, when it’s not done “excessively”. For women, it helps reduce menstrual pain and duration. And if you don’t have someone to be sexual with, then it’s time for you to masturbate, so you can get some of these health benefits. Unfortunately, almost anything good in excess can be bad for you as well.

Negatives Of Masturbation:

So, let’s move on to the “negatives” of masturbation and more specifically, EXCESSIVE masturbation. However, we first need to define what “excessive” really is. Unfortunately, this can sometimes be a subjective answer. But, generally speaking - if it’s “compulsive" or you’re thinking about it throughout the day, almost every day or it’s getting in the way of your life and daily activities or preventing you from having or maintaining a relationship or you feel badly about it and guilt or it’s becoming an “addiction” then you are masturbating excessively.

1. And, not only does this negatively impact your life, like a drug.  But it ALSO negatively affects your physical and mental health as well. For example, men in their 20’s, 30’s and40’s, who “frequently” masturbated 5X a week or more, has been linked to an increase in prostate cancer for men. While the same amount done by men in their 50’s, reduce the risk of prostate cancer. Men who masturbate “excessively”, have less sensitivity during sex and take longer to climax. Additionally, they can also suffer from erectility function and “reduced firmness” and I’ll expand on this in a minute HOW You Masturbate is also a problem. Another problem is HOW you masturbate. For example, many women who masturbate use “toys” - such as vibrators and dildos. Evidence has shown they take longer to climax during sex and have less sensitivity. Men who masturbate, typically watch porn. Well, this also reduces sensitivity and expectations when it comes to having sexual intercourse.

2. Additionally, there are negative neurological changes for men who masturbate daily to porn. There’s an over release of Dopamine, the “pleasure chemical” and this then causes a negative rebound and reduces sensitivity at the dopamine receptors. The basically same problem that happens to cocaine users. Thus, you need “more” to get the same pleasurable feelings. The other problem for guys is that the initial increase in testosterone, eventually causes a DECREASE because there’s an increase in female hormones - such as prolactin and estrogen. The end result is lower testosterone level sand this ends up causing you to age faster, lose muscle, get depressed, moody, and eventually- have erectile problems.

3 Excess masturbating has also been linked to accelerate hair loss and balding, due to an increase in the balding hormone, DHT Finally, excessive masturbation depletes your body of certain nutrients and minerals, such as zin. In addition to cerebrospinal fluid. Which can result in accelerated aging, hair loss and impotence.

4. Again, the problem here is a negative change in your hormones.

I’ll give you some natural solutions to fix this, but before I do - I want to finally discuss the difference between: Orgasms by masturbation vs. intercourse. At the end of all this, you may be thinking “so orgasms are good, excessive masturbation could be bad - but, what about “excessive intercourse” will it have the same problems?” Actually, it won’t and here’s why People who are “excessively” masturbating daily or multiple times a day, are never going to be having that much sex. And if they are, they are “sex addicts” and thus, they have other issues. When you’re having intercourse, there are lots of other things going on that are beneficial -- being touched, eye contact, communication, smelling, communicating, etc.. and the fact that it’s REAL and not something “fake”, like watching porn - causes beneficial changes in your hormones.

So What’s The Solution? So now that I’m near the end of article, you’re probably thinking “okay, so what’s the solution here - I hope you’re NOT going to ask me to STOP masturbating?!!” And no, I’m not. But allow me to give you 3 solutions that will definitely help you to overcome this problem:

1. I would suggest you REDUCE your masturbating and set a goal for not masturbating for certain days or period. It’s like working out. You can’t go to the gym every single day- it’s not good for your health and it’ll diminish your results and slow your progress because of negative changes in your hormones. You need to have “off days” and sometimes, you need to take off a few days or maybe even a week to let your body recuperate and improve your hormones. So, I suggest you do the same with masturbating. Practice some self-control and have pre-scheduled days OFF.

2. Try masturbating without any porn. Watching porn is actually becoming a very big problem in society, especially for men and it’s causing a lot of negative issues as it pertains to sex, impotence and neurological changes in your brain.

3. Lastly, make sure you’re at least taking specific herbs, vitamins and minerals which are designed to help replenish what you’re losing in the orgasm, to help increase your testosterone levels and to reduce the negative hormones such as female and stress hormones. It’s just like working out you need to give your body what it’s losing.

10 Habits That Will Keep You Happy, Healthy And Smiling

The TOP 10 Habits Of Happy People What makes people happy? Firstly I want to tell you the difference between happy people and miserable people?

10 HABITS TO STAY HAPPY AND HEALTHY

It’s simple. They have different habits – they act and think differently. You see, it doesn’t matter whether you’re rich or poor, whether you drive a Lamborghini or Honda Civic, whether you’re good-looking or plain, you can be equally happy or equally miserable. And I guess that’s pretty good news! Because it means that your happiness lies in your own hands. If you want to be happier, simply implement more of the following habits into your life.

1 - Be Optimistic:

Encountering negative situations and having to deal with bullshit is part of life. But, this doesn’t define you! You can always try to find the golden lining in every situation, and you CAN change the way you think. Positive emotions inspire feelings of trust, and allow you to connect with others. They also give you the motivation for longer term life changes and can help against daily stress. So drop your negative thinking, and learn to see problems as challenges and opportunities. Instead of pondering over what’s impossible, think about what IS possible, and how you CAN make it happen!

2 - Focus On What You Can Control:

So many people worry about things that are beyond their control. Whether it’s  a disastrous storm, or an unstable job market or any other unfavorable situation. This kind of exhaustive thinking will drain massive part of your energy, and you won’t have any left to be positive and happy! Next time you catch yourself thinking this way, turn your thoughts instead to things that you CAN control. Take actions quickly rather than thinking about it.

3 - Practice Self-Acceptance:

Accepting yourself means being comfortable with who you are. If you constantly compare yourself to others, or focus on your own flaws, it can color your world in a shade of negativity. Remember, we all have flaws. Embracing this fact will help you to accept others as they are and will alternatively keeps you happy.

4 - Be Kind To Others :

This is one of the most practiced habits of happy people! Doing things for others and small acts of kindness give you more than just fuzzy feelings. And there’s more to it than just giving money to charity! This includes donating your time, energy, and experience for the benefit of others. Along with boosting happiness, it can help strengthen social connections and even improve your health.

5 - Pursue Meaningful Goals :

Think about some of the happiest people you know. Much more chances are that they live very active lives, right? They are always doing something. They have big plans and new ideas. In other words, they have goals that they are serious about and they are pursuing. And for good reason! Goals give you purpose, meaning, a sense of enthusiasm, and a reason to get up in the morning. And most importantly, they make you incredibly happy. Go ahead, set some goals for yourself, and start working towards them, definitely you will be happy after achieving them and working for them.

6 - Let Go Of Grudges :

Forgiving and forgetting is necessary for happiness! Holding onto grudges, only makes anger and resentment grow. It prevents happiness from flourishing. Our inability to forgive, harms us more than our wrong-doers. You need to learn to forgive and forget others, and to let go of negative emotions of anger, hate, hostility, grief, vengeance, resentment, and so on. The next time something goes wrong, instead of dwelling on what happened and how you feel about it, reframe the experience as some thing you can learn from.

7 - Stay Socially Connected :

The social connections you have in your life are a big part of your happiness. I don’t mean the imaginary friends on Facebook and any other social platforms, but actual relationships with people – even if it’s just a select few. Happiness is just as much a collective phenomenon as it is an individual one – it is contagious! If you want to be happy, surround yourself with happy people. And of course, take the effort to make those around you happy, too. Invest in growing and nurturing your social circle. Hone in on your conversation, listening, compassion, and empathy skills, and always remember to make time for friends and family.

8 - Spend Money On Experiences :

What makes you happier? A new car, or an exciting trip with people you love? Research confirms that “it’s the trip.” If you think about this, it makes sense. After all, it's the experiences that have a lasting place in our memories, not material items, value them, because they're much more likely to lead to happiness than possessions ever could. So spend some money on experiences. Go on holidays with your family or friends. Visit the local museum. Learn a foreign language. Take a trip somewhere you always wanted to go. Get out there and experience as many things as possible!

9 - Limit News Consumption :

Do you ever notice when you watch or read the news, it’s almost always negative events and stories? How do they make you feel? Not very happy or optimistic, right? Watching the news is a surefire way to feel unhappy, miserable, and pessimistic! In fact, multiple studies are now proving the detrimental effects news has on our psychological well-being. The message is clear. If you care about your happiness and well-being, then you must limit your consumption of news.

10 - Make Your Health A Priority :

Our general state of health is a good predictor of our happiness. However, we usually don’t notice and care about how big of a role our health plays on our happiness, mostly because we don’t pay attention when things are normal. But as soon as you get sick, it immediately affects your attitude, mood, and outlook. If you want to be a happy person, you need to take care of your health! Getting enough sleep restores your vital bodily functions. Eating nutritious food keeps your body and mind functioning in a positive manner. And regular physical exercise keeps you in shape and fit, and releases key endorphins that ease depression and enhance mood. What makes YOU happy? Let us know in the comments below!

THE MOST RAREST AND DANEGROUS BLOOD TYPE IN WORLD

We all know we should donate blood, but probably don't as much as we should. Every year almost 5 million Americans need blood transfusions and would likely die without them. Approximately 32,000 bottles of blood are used each day in the United States for people who loose blood during operations or from traumatic injuries. Other people needs blood transfusions because of suffering illness like sickle-cell, anemia where they all need transfusions throughout their lives to live.

The network of blood donation and transfusion in any country is a hugely vital part of keeping injured people alive and well. Don't, you think this would be so easy if we all have same blood type but we don't. And some of us have such rare blood types that any injury, any procedure, or any accident can be life-threatening. Imagine your blood type is so rare and so unique that if you get hurt, almost no one else in the worlds donated blood would be able to save you. So, rare that scientists would do almost anything to get their hands on a point of it to study.

For the people who have the rarest blood type in the world 'Rh-Null', it's the world's most dangerous blood type to have because only 43 people in the world are discovered to have it. Meaning if you get hurt, basically no one else's blood would be compatible with yours. Most of us have probably heard of the usual blood type system, or even know our own blood type. O+, AB-,A+, O-. This classification determines who we can donate blood, or receive it from any other. There are a total of 33 different classification systems recognized but most people only need to worry about the two most common ones, the ABO and Rh systems. The ABO system classifies blood type on the presence of antigens present in blood that are, antigen A and antigen B. "Antigens are glycoprotein markers embedded in the cell membrane and help your immune system to distinguish between your body's own cells and foreign cells like viruses or bacteria."

In an A blood type the A antigen is found on the blood cell itself and an A or anti-B antibody is found in the blood serum. In a B blood type a B antigen is found on the blood cell and a B or anti-A antibody is found in the serum. Blood type AB has both A and B antigens on the blood cells and neither of the corresponding antibodies against them in the serum. And blood type O has neither antigen on the cells but has antibodies A and B in the serum. When blood is donated, the red blood cells are separated from the plasma where the antibodies are located through a process called blood fractionation. This ensures that only the red blood cells get donated and not their corresponding antibodies since that would cause an adverse reaction in the recipient. Your immune system will produce antibodies against any blood antigens you don't have in your own blood. A person with type A blood that receives B blood would have an ABO incompatibility reaction. The anti-B antibodies present in the patient's blood would agglutinate with the B antigens on the donated red blood cells making the blood cells clump together and block small blood vessels. The immune system would then attack the new blood cells and destroy them because it is unaware type of blood. It's rare for this to happen but if it does it is serious and potentially fatal. Transfusion is considered safe as long as the serum of the recipient does not contain antibodies for the blood cell antigens of the donor. So this is why if you have type AB blood you're a universal recipient - you don't have either of the antibodies that would attack A or B donor blood. However this also means you can only donate blood to other people who have A B blood. You can donate your blood universally if you have BLOOD TYPE O. You can give your blood to a A B or O without triggering their immune system. However there are other antigens that need to be accounted for beyond the ones and the ABO system before donating or receiving blood safely. This is where the rhesus system comes in. The rhesus, or Rh system, is the second most significant blood group system.

These are the most important antigens with the most significant one being the D antigen. Depending on whether the RH-D antigen is present, each blood type is assigned a positive or negative symbol. People with Rh-D negative can only receive blood from Rh-D negative blood person. But people who are Rh D+ can receive either Rh D positive or Rh D negative blood. The negative blood types, A negative, B negative, AB negative, and O negative are more rare than their positive counterparts. And while the D antigen is the most important one in the Rh system there are a total of 60 other Rh antigens making it the largest of any of the blood classifications. These eight blood types are the most common way of describing our blood types.

There are millions of varieties, each classified according to the exact antigens that coat the surface of our red blood cells. To know your exact blood type you'd have to write it out antigen by antigen. Luckily for most of us many of the antigens we have don't affect our ability to receive or donate blood because many of us or even everyone has them. For example more than 99.9% of people carry the antigen called Vel. So for most of us donating blood to one another we wouldn't need to worry about this antigen as it wouldn't trigger an immune response. But for every 5,000 people there's one person who does lack the Vel antigen who shouldn't receive blood from the other 4,999. Their immune system recognizes the Vel antigen as foreign and if given Vel positive blood they could have kidney failure and possibly die. But doctors do screen for as many of these variants as possible to make sure to find the best match for a blood transfusion. But sometimes this best match isn't really possible and this is why the rarer your blood the harder things get.

The world's rarest blood type, Rh-null is called Rh-null because it has none of the 61 antigens present in the Rh blood system we previously discussed. It is rare enough to have a few of the antigens in the Rh system missing from your blood but the chances of missing them all are astronomically small. Doctors call it the golden blood because for anyone who has any type of rare Rh blood type, missing a few antigens here or there, the Rh-null blood can be accepted where other more typical blood types could not be. You can't receive blood from anyone else except the 42 other people that exist who have been found to have the same blood type. And of the people known to have it only a handful of them are active donors and they're spread across the world. And the logistics of shipping blood around the world are stupidly complicated. Bureaucracy and paperwork can hold things up at the borders, which can create a myriad of issues. Fresh blood has a shelf life of four weeks and it has to be stored at 4 degrees Celsius, which is challenging during transportation, especially to remote areas. This means that any holdup at customs can render the blood unusable. The UAE for example won't accept any blood into the country that isn't from the Gulf states. These types of logistics and bureaucracy make it very hard for someone with rare blood to get a transfusion, especially in a sudden emergency when they need the blood fast.

For a Swiss man with Rh-null blood, this meant as a child, he couldn't go to summer camp or do outdoor sports because his parents feared he could get an injury with no ability to get a blood transfusion. As an adult he can't travel to countries without modern hospitals. The only realistic way he can navigate this danger is to continuously donate blood to himself, meaning twice a year he donates blood to keep on reserve in case he ever needs it. And he can't really donate much more than that because Rh-null blood also comes with some adverse effects. The Rh antigens that most of us have are thought to play a role in maintaining the integrity of the red blood cell membrane. This means that red blood cells break down quicker than they should result in a hemolytic anemia. This can lead to fatigue, shortness of breath, and jaundice and can makes frequent blood donation not possible. And because only a handful of people with this rare blood ever donate it, this places a large burden on those who do when someone else needs this type of blood.

The Swiss man I mentioned before once had a call that a newborn baby was in dire need of his type of blood. To save the baby's life, he would need to run to the blood donation center. This meant taking a taxi to Geneva and taking time-off of work, none of which is allowed to be reimbursed due to the blood donation laws in some parts of Europe. He was able to help in this instance, but quickly realized that the cost and burden of donating his valuable blood would ultimately fall on him. Anyone with this rare type of blood can help anyone at the time of need or emergency, an ability to help where no one else can. It probably feels pretty amazing to know you've played a part in saving someone's life. But this also comes with the unfortunate burden of being, in a sense, on call for your entire life, should the need for your blood arise. This poses an interesting ethical question. It's up to you to donate blood at a moment's notice, whether you're in a client meeting, at your own wedding, or on vacation. At what point does your moral obligation to help someone else in need begin and end? But for every person who was otherwise doomed without this donated blood, the importance of it obviously can't be overstated. And this serves as a reminder that hospitals around the world rely on the good deed of blood donation to save lives, whether your blood is rare or not.

Since the very first blood transfusions in the 1800s they have saved millions of lives and played a vital role in shaping our modern world. In times of peace they've saved citizens from unfortunate accidents and in times of war have saved the lives of countless wounded soldiers. During World War II, the American Red Cross flew almost two hundred thousand bottles of whole blood from the US to the Allied forces in Europe. More than fifty thousand pints of blood were needed for the soldiers fighting during the D-day invasion of Normandy alone. The level of coordination needed for the collection and transport of this much blood is astounding.

FULL DAY DIET PLAN FOR MUSCLE BUILDING with (OMEGA MEAL)

The topic of article is ‘FULL DAY DIET PLAN FOR MUSCLE BUILDING’. In this Article, you will gain all the knowledge about  all the meals you should be eating throughout the day for muscle building including breakfast, lunch, dinner and pre-post workout meals. Many of us are in habit of drinking lukewarm water in the morning which is a good thing. But it will benefit you more if you add 1 tea spoon of sugar and 2 pinches of salt. The reason for this is that it will keep your muscles hydrated throughout the day will improve your digestive system. Along with this you can consume 6-10 of almonds and walnuts in the morning.

Firstly I would like to inform you all that I am no nutritionist, But I can suggest what to eat for meals during the day if you are looking to put on some muscle.

First meal of the day is breakfast. In this you can eat white oats. Take 40 gm white oats, boiled in plain water and add salt and cinnamon to it. Second item is sapota (chikoo), do eat it in your breakfast For protein source you can eat 8 eggs in which 2 are whole and 6 are egg whites only Along with this you can eat a sandwich made with brown bread and the filling inside is made of approx. 100 grams mashed potato This is a complete meal inclusive of protein, complex carbohydrates and fats This will help you stay energetic throughout the day 2-2.5 hours after your breakfast you should eat a post breakfast meal One thing you need to keep in mind is that in the name of caloric surplus you cannot eat anything and everything You need to keep the quality and quantity in check And keep these things in mind I will give options for post breakfast meal and these are Chickpeas (safed chole) which have been soaked overnight then boiled in a pressure cooker, approx. quantity is 150 gm 150 gram of paneer. Mix these two itmes in a bowl and add some chaat masala for taste.
