What is Health?
Definition of health is
simply known to everyone that Health is
a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being but the definition
of healthy is somewhat different that is the absence of disease or infirmity
from the body is surely pronounced as a healthy body.
Health is the most
important key role in one's life. Everything revolves around the health of an
individual, sense of dressing, eating, behavior, these all elements of life
revolves around the health.
One need to be strong
enough to climb the ladder of the life and face the challenges of life. Without
a good health you cannot make a good lifestyle or even a good earning in life.
One will lack its emotional relations with the lack of health. In short
"good health is good to make you good".
Health is the only
factor that helps the person to perform all the daily based activities. A
healthy body undoubtly means that the one is on the safe side from the diseases
and disorders.
So, How do we know that
we are healthy?

The human body is the
answer of all the health related questions. Firstly your body will answer you
that is it healthy or not! If you are still confused then read this article. If
a person doesn't lack in performing all daily tasks and still can have a dinner
with his family without tiredness that means the person is healthy irrespective
of suffering with any disease. An unhealthy person cannot perform all the daily
tasks even in his life and if he could complete then he will get tired so much
that he will just go and sleep and take rest. So. if a person is active in the
social and emotional relations of one's life without any tiredness then we can
say that the person is healthy and relaxed.

Lifestyle is the
someone's way of living.
Now what do healthy
lifestyle means?
Healthy lifestyle means
in which a person doesn't live his life, instead, he enjoys the life. There are
certain fields where you can a get a way to live a healthy life.
1. Healthy diet: Eating
fruits, vegetables, diet which is rich in proteins and avoiding the unhealthy
diet which is rich in cholesterol, processed meats, etc.
2. Exercise: Regular
Exercise or working out and regular meditation for 30 min a day is enough to
maintain a healthy body.
3. Bad habits: Avoiding
habits like smoking, drinking alcohol and other harmful drugs will increase
power and efficiency of life.
