1) Eat slowly:

Due to running time, people forget to eat meal peacefully or sometimes even skip it. Eating slowly helps the body to digest and absorb all the nutrients from the food that benefits to us. Take time to pay attention on what you are eating and drinking.

2) Choose fruits and vegetables rather than junk foods:

Being choosy is good, but it is also important to choose the right thing. Choosing the healthy diet instead of junk foods and all will definitely keeps you fit and active. It will also protect you from obesity and other diseases.

3) Rich protein diet:

Protein is the most important nutrient needed to run the body functions good. Diets that are rich in proteins will help you to recover the cells and builds up the cells of your body fast and makes the bones strong/
